Friday night, Elena and Ricky each had a friend spend the night. After we ate pizza, I took them, including Brandon, roller skating. Elena has been asking me for a while to take her because "ALL" her friends go every Friday. I was one of about seven parents there with about 300 junior kids. All the other parents just dropped off there kids and left. Am I wrong for staying? I trust my kids. I just don't trust all the crazies out there. I sat in a corner, reading my borrowed People magazine from the office, trying to go unnoticed. I know my kids have an "image," but I'm sorry, their safety is my concern.
