Allowance

Elena earned her first week of allowance, which is $10. She's a working girl, now. Her chores entail cleaning her room, the daily upkeep of the kitchen and cleaning the bathroom once a week.

She managed to spend her allowance in one night too. She went skating with her friend the same evening she was paid. The entrance fee is $8. (She needs to go on Sundays when it's $6.)

Note: Her allowance is for her to spend on entertainment at her discression. I will continue to pay and provide her with all her needs.
