My cousin, Amber, is home visiting for a couple of weeks before she moves to S. Carolina. I am happy to report she just recently finished her second tour in Iraq and my family and I are thankful she has returned home safely. When she left California for her tour, she left as a 1st Lieutenant and while she was in Iraq she was promoted to a Captain. You go girl!!!Yesterday, my Aunt Olivia, Amber & I met for lunch at our usual hang out, El Fenix downtown. My Mom couldn't make it because she didn't want to drive in the monsoon. I'm glad I had the opportunity to visit with them both. We chatted up a storm.........girl talk.

I'm so glad she's home..as is Aunt Olivia, I'm sure!! Hopefully I can see her before she leaves for S. Carolina..
