We started the morning by arriving at Care Now before the doors opened for Elena's school physical to participate in athletics. Yes, she has a pediatrician, but I called to schedule an appointment three weeks ago and the first available was September 5th.
Ricky had to get his hair cut with Paco. That really is his name. Ricky originally had been cutting his hair with Paco's aunt, Maria, but Paco is way "cool," young and hip.
We managed to get in a couple of hours at Six Flags. (Hope you had fun Zach.) Are these tweens really on a carousel? What would their friends say if they found out? 
I had to take my junior high kids to pick up their schedules. Can you tell they do not want to be near the camera or Mom? News Flash: Everyone has parents and at some point we will embarrass you. Get over it!
Our final stop for the day was at the dentist office. Elena had a clean bill of mouth health. Ricky on the other hand, has two cavity. Anybody surprised? Especially, when he thinks it's o.k. to use his index finger with tooth paste to "brush" his teeth. UGHHHH!!!! I learned about that this summer. I think I made it clear the operative word is BRUSH!
