While there, I learned Scott's cousin is the pharmacist in Red Oak. Who knew? I also, discovered my husband's family reunion is NOTHING like mine, which by the way, I last went to mine 15 years ago. When you do it Mexican style, there's bingo, dancing, music, drama, gossip, and it doesn't end till the beer is gone. I'm gonna have to definitely bring the bingo with me next time to liven it up.
People I don't know and nor does Scott.
Kids if you ever see these people, you can't hook up with them.
Pic taken by an ole relative who took like five minutes to take it because she didn't know how to operate my camera even after a demonstration and she only took one pose...hence my eyes being closed.
The only enjoyment for the kids.
We drove back home that afternoon. You know you are in the country when you pass a DQ in every town. You know, we had to stop. I was saddened when the cashier told me they didn't have burritos. My chin hit the floor, so we just bought ice cream. Normally, Allan just eats a couple of bites of his ice cream and I have to throw out the rest. This time I thought I would just let him eat a couple bites off mine, I didn't get him one. Yeah, I totally got jacked!

You are brave for letting him eat ice cream in the car. Josh still doesn't get to do that.

The picture of Elena and Allan in the middle says it all doesn't it?? Thank goodness for the pool!
